摘要:
传统的直接体绘制算法依赖于正确的传递函数设计,而设计一个正确的传递函数需要研究者具有丰富的经验,并且非常耗时。为此,我们提出了一种基于透明度校正的方法来优化直接体绘制算法,根据人眼视觉感知,利用图像亮度分布与透明度相关联的关系,使用Metelli模型和透射锚固原理相结合的方法,提出一种新的提高透明度措施。实验结果表明,该方法在不依赖于复杂的传递函数的基础上,能高质量、高效地呈现CT和LSCM医学扫描图像的空间结构信息。
Abstract:
The traditional direct volume rendering algorithm relies on the correct transfer function design, and the design of a proper transfer function needs to have a wealth of experience, and it is very time-consuming. Therefore, a method based on correction of transparency to optimize direct volume rendering algorithm was propased, according to human visual perception, image brightness distribution and transparency to exploit the associated relationship, using a combination of Metelli model and Transmission Anvhoring Principle method,we proposed a new method to provide high transparency. Experimental results show that the method does not rely on complex transfer function, and can present the spatial structure information of CT and LSCM medical images with high quality and efficiency.
