摘要:
本研究采用低温等离子体技术得到亲水接枝壳聚糖,改性壳聚糖与透明质酸钠进行氢键键合后,冷冻干燥得到氢键自组装的壳聚糖止血海绵。SEM测试表明该海绵呈多孔洞网络结构。吸液性能测试表明,该海绵瞬时吸液,吸液倍率不低于50倍,2至5 s间自身膨胀5倍,达到吸液饱和状态,具有优异的吸湿引湿性能。大鼠股动脉止血实验和大鼠背部出血修复实验表明,该海绵可以用于创面止血、促进创面修复和愈合,在外科手术等临床应用中具有很好的前景。
Abstract:
In this paper, the low temperature plasma technology has been used to get hydrophilic chitosan. Modified chitosan could act with hyaluronic acid sodium by hydrogen bonding to obtain hydrogen assembled chitosan hemostatic sponge after freeze-drying. The sponge which was multi-network by SEM test could absorb immediately, their absorbent was not less than 50 times, the expansion could reach 5 times between 2 to 5 s to get saturation, and the sponge had excellent wet absorbent performance. The test of rat femoral artery hemostasis and dorsal bleeding repair experiment show that the sponge can be used for the wound to stop bleeding, promote wound repair and healing, and it has good prospects in surgery and other clinical applications.
