分析自主研发的新型“X”形弹性脊柱内固定器术后的应力分布。建立“X”形弹性脊柱内固定器术后有限元模型,分析其在压缩、前屈、后伸、侧屈、旋转载荷下的受力特点。“X”形弹性脊柱内固定系统各构件于压缩状态应力小于其它各状态载荷,受力峰值均位于 “X”形连接棒上。“X”形弹性内固定器能分担螺钉应力,可减少术后应力集中的情况,是一种较好的脊柱内固定装置。

To analyze the stress distribution of “X” shape elastic spine fixation system. The finite element model of “X” shape elastic spine fixation system was established, its stress distribution under the loads of vertical compression, flexion, extension, lateral bending and rotation was analyzed. In the same shearing load, the stress of the fixation system was lower at vertical compression than that under other loads, stress peaks were located in the “X” shaped connecting rods.The new “X” shape elastic spine fixation system can share stress of screws and reduce the postoperative stress concentration and it is an ideal spinal fixation devices.
