震颤是帕金森病(PD)的早期症状,大约有70%的帕金森病患者有震颤症状。为了满足医生临床工作中对于客观、数字化评估PD患者震颤严重程度的需要,我们设计了一款可穿戴肢体末端震颤测量装置和震颤信号的处理算法。4名PD受试者和4名健全受试者双手穿戴检测装置,完成统一帕金森评定量表(UPDRS)中的检测静止性震颤的标准动作。检测装置将静止性震颤的加速度信号传送给电脑,电脑进行记录并对数据进行时域和频域分析。结果显示均值、均方根值、峰值振幅和峰值功率的对数值与医生的静止性震颤的评分高度相关(〖WTBX〗r〖WTBZ〗>0.8)。建立的多元线性回归模型可以有效的预测静止性震颤评分(〖WTBX〗r〖WTBZ〗>0.8),结果与临床观察具有一致性。本研究设计的可穿戴震颤数据采集装置可为医生提供辅助定量的帮助。
Abstract:
Tremor is an early symptom for about 70% of patients with Parkinson’ disease. A portable system which was used to detect tremor and tremor signal processing algorithm was introduced. The system could meet the needs of the clinical work of doctors for objective and digital evaluation of the severity of tremor in PD patients.4 PD subjects and 4 healthy subjects were tested with both hand wearing detecting equipment. In test, all subjects completed the standard action for detecting resting tremor in unified Parkinson disease rating scale(UPDRS). The detection device transmited the acceleration signal of resting tremor to the computer, and the computer recorded and analyzed the signal in time domain and frequency domain. The data was filtered.Results showed that the logarithm of mean, RMS, peak amplitude and peak power were correlated well with the judgments of a neurologist(〖WTBX〗r〖WTBZ〗>0.8).Themultiple linear regression model could effectively predict resting tremor score(〖WTBX〗r〖WTBZ〗>0.8), results and clinical observations were consistent.The design of the wearable tremor data acquisition device can be accurate, objective and digital evaluation tremor.
