摘要:
为研究老化皮肤中的光子传输情况,在构建老化皮肤七层模型的基础上,采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟准直无线窄光束、有限束宽的平圆光束和高斯光束在皮肤组织中的光分布,研究年轻皮肤和老化皮肤的差异。结果表明:老化皮肤在表皮吸收能量密度较小,真皮反之,光能流率较大,光子的穿透深度更深,更多光子进入真皮层;与高斯光束相比,平圆光束的光能流率径向分布较均匀,适合大面积嫩肤。
Abstract:
To study photon transport in aging skin, on the basis that aging skin seven-layer model was built, light distribution of infinitely narrow photon beam, circularly flat beam and Gaussian beam in skin tissue were stimulated by means of monte carlo method so as to study difference between young skin and aging skin. The result shows that absorption energy density in epidermis of aging skin is smaller; dermis is on the contrary; 〖JP2〗fluence rate is larger; depth of penetration of photon is higher; in comparison with Gaussian beam, fluence rate of circularly flat beam is more uniform in radial direction distribution and suitable for skin rejuvenation in large area.
