摘要:
本研究采用低温等离子体技术和冷冻干燥工艺制备了半互穿网络淀粉基止血海绵。通过测试止血海绵的吸水率和膨胀率优化了实验方案及制备工艺,扫面电镜照片显示,本研究制备的海绵具有均匀相互贯通的网络骨架多孔结构。兔肝肾止血实验表明该止血海绵止血快,出血量少,具有良好的止血效果。大鼠体内降解实验表明,淀粉止血海绵4周后可被降解吸收。本研究制备的半互穿网络淀粉基止血海绵,是一种快速有效的可吸收的止血敷料,在外科手术中具有很好的应用前景。
Abstract:
In this paper, the low temperature plasma technology and freeze drying technology was used to get the semi-interpenetrating networks starch hemostatic dressings. The experiment design scheme and preparation technology of the starch hemostatic dressings were optimized by the test results of the water absorption and expansion rate. The scanning electron microscopy images showed that the sponges prepared by this experiment had a uniform porous structure of the network skeleton. Rabbit liver and kidney bleeding experiments showed that the bleeding time was shorter and the blood loss was fewer by using the starch hemostatic dressings, and it was showed that the starch hemostatic dressings had good hemostatic effect. The results of the degradation in mice showed that the starch hemostatic dressings had been absorbed after four weeks. The semi-interpenetrating networks starch hemostatic dressing was a kind of rapid and effective absorbable hemostatic dressing. It has the very good application in the surgery.
