相位对比磁共振成像(phase contrast MRI, PC-MRI)技术通过对流体的相位进行编码,可以非侵入性地量化血管血流速度、流量以及方向等血流动力学信息。随着磁共振技术的发展,四维流(four dimensional flow,4D Flow)磁共振技术逐步得以应用,相位对比磁共振成像技术的潜力得到进一步提升。本研究主要对相位对比磁共振成像技术测量的原理、影响成像的因素及临床应用进行简述。

The phase-contrast MRI(PC-MRI)is able to non-invasively quantify the velocity,flow rate and direction of the vessel blood by encoding the phase of the flow. With the development of MRI , applications of 4D Flow MRI has gradually been applied,the potentiality of PC-MRI has been further enhanced .In this paper, the principles, impact factors and applications of PC-MRI are reviewed.
