摘要:
重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, rTMS)联合运动训练可以提高手部运动功能。本研究旨在探讨rTMS联合运动训练对脑皮层活动的影响作用。募集19名健康受试者,随机分为rTMS联合运动训练组和运动训练组,分别进行为期14 d的1 Hz rTMS联合运动训练和运动训练,利用标准低分辨率电磁断层成像(standardized low resolution electromagnetic tomography analysis, sLoreta)对实验前后采集的静息态脑电信号进行溯源分析。结果表明,rTMS联合运动训练可调制皮层活动从高频向低频偏移,且θ频段皮层活动增加最明显,表现在多个脑区,表明rTMS联合运动训练可能加强了皮层间的协调活动。另外,相比于运动训练,rTMS联合运动训练仅增强了顶叶皮层活动,而额叶皮层活动未发生显著改变,提示rTMS联合运动训练可能降低了对运动认知脑区的调动,提高了运动认知的效率。本研究加深了对rTMS联合运动训练的脑调控作用理解,有望为脑卒中患者的运动康复提供帮助和指导。
Abstract:
Recently, researches show that the motor function of hand can be improved by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) coupled with motor training. This study was to explore the effect of the combined method on cortical activity.19 healthy participates were randomly assigned to two different groups: rTMS coupled with motor training group and only with motor training for 14 d. Then we used standardized low resolution electromagnetic tomography analysis (sLoreta) to give cortical activity via electroencephalography (EEG) which recorded before and after the different exercise ways . The results showed that rTMS coupled with motor training could make EEG oscillation move from high frequency to low and the cortical activity of theta band had significantly increase. Especially, which suggested that rTMS coupled with motor training might be important for the encoding coordinated activity in the multiple brain cortices. Besides, the results showed that rTMS coupled with motor training increased the partial cortical activity rather than frontal cortex compared to motor training, it suggested that rTMS coupled with motor training might improve the efficiency of motor cognition. This study enhances the understanding about the effects of rTMS coupled with motor training on cortical activities and will be helpful to motor recovery following stroke.
