摘要:
开发了一种利用尿压传感实现的新型导尿装置。该装置用于因各种原因不能正常排尿而需要长期留置导尿管的患者。装置借助压力传感和电子控制,实现日常医用导尿管的自动通断。对于临床上长期留置导尿管的患者,它既可以有效地保证膀胱的舒缩功能,促进膀胱机能的保持与尽快恢复,又能降低医护人员的工作强度和减轻患者的经济负担。
Abstract:
To design a new type of controlled catheterization device by exploiting the pressure sensing. The device was suitable for patients who are unable to urinate normally for a variety of reasons and require long-term indwelling catheter. The device, with pressure sensing and electronic control, achieved the daily medical catheter automatically off. For patients with long-term indwelling catheter, it can not only ensure the bladder systolic and diastolic function effectively , promote the preservation of bladder function and recovery as soon as possible, but also reduce the medical staff′s workload and reduce the patient′s financial burden.
