探索烟酒成瘾者的差异表达基因及成瘾机理。基于烟酒成瘾者的基因表达数据,利用方差分析方法分别提取吸烟成瘾与饮酒成瘾样本中的差异表达基因,根据其对应的生物过程对成瘾机理展开研究。吸烟成瘾的特征基因数量为197,饮酒成瘾的特征基因数量为77,七条基因在吸烟和饮酒特征基因中均有出现。TMEM53基因和TLN2基因的表达量对吸烟与饮酒均成明显的负相关;IGFBP7、FN1、HNRNPA2B1、FLJ59422、SYNJ1基因对吸烟与饮酒均成明显的正相关。其中TLN2、FN1、IGFBP7、HNRNPA2B1均与癌症存在密切的相关性,故烟酒成瘾可能对癌症的发病和治疗产生影响。
Abstract:
To explore differentially expressed genes and mechanism of addiction in tobacco and alcohol addicts. Based on the gene expression data of tobacco and alcohol addicts, the analysis of variance was used to extract differentially expressed genes of smoking addiction and drinking addiction samples. Then the addiction mechanism according to the corresponding biological process of the characteristic genes was researched. The number of characteristic genes about smoking addiction was 197 , the number of characteristic genes about alcohol addiction was 77 and seven genes were found in both them. TMEM53 and TLN2 gene expression of smoking and drinking are significantly negative correlation; IGFBP7, FN1, HNRNPA2B1, FLJ59422 and SYNJ1 gene expression of smoking and drinking are significant positive correlation. TLN2, FN1, IGFBP7, HNRNPA2B1 are closely related with cancer, so that alcohol and tobacco addiction may have an impact on the incidence and treatment of cancer.
