摘要:
我们通过设置静卧以及运动两组实验对比,研究随着精神压力的增大,心率变异性的各个指标的升降变化,确定影响精神压力的评估指标。利用改进的层次分析法建立模型层次结构,结合九标度与三标度法确定判断矩阵,并通过最优传递矩阵确定各指标权重,避免了一致性检验。最后结合模糊综合评价实现精神压力量化。验证表明,本方法可以准确合理的进行精神压力量化。
Abstract:
In this paper, two groups of experiments about rest and exercise were setted. With the increase of mental stress, the changeable indicators that affect mental stress could be found. A model hierarchy was established using improved analytic hierarchy process. By combining the nine scale method and the three scale method, the judgment matrix was determined. The weight of each indicator was determined by the optimal transfer matrix, thus, the consistency test was avoided. Finally, the quantification of mental stress was realized combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The verification shows that this method can accurately and rationally quantify the mental stress.
