摘要:
利用计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助工程,对用于肢体功能障碍患者的康复移位机进行了构型综合和尺寸优化。优化后的设备在满足患者使用要求的前提下总质量尽可能降低,有利于此类康复设备家庭化的推广。结果表明在移位机应力许可范围内,本设计满足体重范围从40 kg到112 kg和身高从145 cm到195 cm的人员使用,并能进行参数化尺寸编辑。最后通过样机乘坐实验验证了本研究的正确性,为康复领域器械研发提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to improve the effect of rehabilitation equipment and save the cost of research and development, the computer-aided design and computer aided engineering has been used to simulate the function of patient transfer device. Firstly the configuration synthesis model of the device was established. Next the structure size was optimized. And the optimized equipment met the patients mass and height requirements as well as the total self-weight decreasing. All the results show that the design met the demands of 40 kg to 110 kg weight range and 140 cm to 195 cm height person. The correctness of the study has been verified by the prototype test, which provides reference for the development of such rehabilitation device.
