利用生物超微弱发光检测仪,对经典热性药当归与经典寒性药黄芩中药煎煮液灌胃小鼠体表生物超微弱发光连续16 d检测,结果显示:(1)在基于小鼠超微弱发光的中药药性研究实验中灌胃小鼠的最佳检测时间范围为第5 d至第10 d;(2)当归组与空白组、黄芩组与空白组腹部与背部自发发光强度的比值之间存在显著性差异,提示灌胃小鼠的腹背自发发光强度的比值可作为表征中药寒热药性的指标。本研究结果可以为中药药性的研究提供新的思路。

The angelica sinensis (hot) and radix scutellariae (cold) of traditional Chinese medicine decoction liquid lavage mice bioluminescent behavior were tested 16 d continuously by use of bioluminescent detector.The results showed that the best detection time of gavage mice in traditional Chinese medicine medicinal properties based on ultra—weak luminescence of mice was 5 d~10 d.There was a significant difference between the Chinese angelica group and the blank group,radix scutellariae and blank group spontaneous luminous,It showed that that ratio of spontaneous luminous intensity of gavage mice could characterize the cold and hot property of traditional Chinese medicine.The results can provide new idea for the traditional Chinese medicine medicinal properties.
