摘要:
本研究基于Python语言开发了一款针对海马形态学分析的软件,该软件具有结构磁共振图像可视化、预处理、海马自动分割、构建海马结构共变网络、统计分析等功能,实现对海马形态学的系列分析。基于该软件,采用ADNI数据库中AD和NC组数据进行了海马分割及分析,均得到显著性差异结果,并与Freesurfer和FSL-FIRST进行分割结果对比实验,证明该软件具有分割准确性高,速度快的优势。本研究成果为海马的形态学分析提供了集成化、自动化的工具。
Abstract:
To develop a software for hippocampus morphological analysis using Python. The software could be used for visualization, preprocessing, hippocampus auto-segmentation, hippocampus structural covariance networks construction and statistical analysis based on magnetic resonance images, which realized the series analysis of hippocampal morphology. Based on the software, we used ADNI database to conduct a hippocampus segmentation and analysis, and the significant results were obtained. Compared with Freesurfer and FSL-FIRST, the algorithm of this software had the high segmentation accuracy and short time-consuming. The results provide an integrated and automatic tool for the research of the hippocampal morphology.
