摘要:
当前运动员上肢表面肌疲劳特征分析方法直接采用肌电图时间序列信号作为分析依据,忽略了时域与频域相关参量的计算,分析结果与实际情况吻合度较低、分析能耗高。针对该问题,提出基于表面肌电的运动员上肢肌疲劳特征分析方法。对运动员上肢肌肌电信号进行采集记录,采用Mega Win软件将采集的肌电信号传输至计算机。根据计算机计算分析得出一维肌电图时间序列信号,据此对时域分析中的积分肌电、均方根振幅和频域中的平均功率频率、中心频率进行计算。将计算结果作为运动员上肢肌疲劳特征分析依据,利用统计分析法得到时域和频域所包含的参量间关系以及参量与运动员上肢肌疲劳间关系,同时使用SPSS软件统计分析时域参数和频域参数间差异性,完成运动员上肢肌疲劳特征分析。实验结果表明,运动员上肢肌最大肌力不同负荷下手腕屈肌和伸肌表面肌电(surface electromyography,sEMG)的平均功率频率和中心频率随时间的增加,下降趋势明显;所有上肢肌未出现负荷减少的状况。本文方法分析结果与实际情况吻合度高、分析能耗低。
Abstract:
In view of the current analysis method of the upper limb surface muscle fatigue characteristics of the athletes, the EMG time series signal is directly used as the analysis basis, and the calculation of the time domain and frequency domain related parameters is ignored. The existing analysis results are inconsistent with the actual situation and the analysis of high energy consumption. To solve the problems, an analysis method of upper limb muscle fatigue characteristics based on surface electromyography was proposed. The muscle signals of the upper limb muscles of the athletes were collected and recorded, and the collected myoelectric signals were transmitted to the computer using Mega Win software. According to the computer calculation and analysis, the one-dimensional EMG time series signal was obtained, and the integral electromyogram, the root mean square amplitude and the average power frequency and the center frequency in the frequency domain were calculated according to the time domain analysis. The calculation results were used as the basis for analyzing the characteristics of athletes’ upper limb muscle fatigue.The statistical analysis method was used to obtain the relationship between the parameters contained in the time domain and the frequency domain and the relationship between the parameters and the muscle fatigue of the upper limbs of the athletes. At the same time, the SPSS software was used to statistically analyze the time domain parameters and frequency. Differences between domain parameters were used to analyze the characteristics of upper limb muscle fatigue in athletes. The experimental results showed that the average power frequency and center frequency of the wrist flexor and extensor sEMG of the upper limb muscles under different loads had a significant decrease with time. All the upper limb muscles had no load reduction. The analytical results of the proposed method are in good agreement with the actual situation and the analysis energy consumption is low.
