经颅磁刺激 (transcranial magnetic stimulation ,TMS)和经颅直流电刺激 (transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)均可用于调控大脑皮层的兴奋性。此前两种技术很少被用于同时刺激大脑皮层的两个不同区域,近期研究表明,同时刺激大脑皮层两个相互连接的区域可以提高刺激效果。为了确保应用安全性并给出实验指导,本研究使用SimNibs进行仿真计算,研究同时应用TMS和tDCS时在大脑皮层产生的两个电场之间的相互作用。结果表明,同时应用TMS和tDCS是安全的,且TMS和tDCS之间的相互作用受线圈和电极之间相对位置的影响。

Both transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) can be used to increase and to reduce the excitability of the cortex, but the two technologies are rarely used to stimulate the two positions of the human brain simultaneously. To ensure safety and to give experimental guidance, some simulations using SimNibs with different electrode and coil positions were performed and the interaction parameters were calculated. The results demonstrate that applying TMS with tDCS simultaneously is safe. And the interaction between TMS and tDCS is affected by the relative position between the coil and the electrode.
