摘要:
基于新型颜色传感器设计一种透析漏血检测装置,并提出了一种简单复合算法,进一步提高对血红细胞(RBC)检测的灵敏度。采用兔血溶液代替透析液,实验测量了颜色传感器输出电压随RBC浓度变化的规律,得出了颜色传感器随RBC浓度变化的特性曲线,并通过复合检测算法,得出了颜色传感器复合式检测的输出特性。结果证明,颜色传感器可以用于检测透析液中的微量RBC,且对浓度的微小变化具有较高灵敏度,同时消除了气泡和管壁粒子沉积对检测的影响,适于对透析液中RBC的微漏出量进行实时监测,避免透析过程中发生漏血危险。
Abstract:
A dialysis blood leak detection device based on a new color sensor was designed and a simple compound algorithm was proposed to further improve the sensitivity of red blood cell (RBC) detection. Using rabbit blood solution instead of dialysate, the variation of output voltage of color sensor with RBC concentration was measured experimentally, the characteristic curve of color sensor with RBC concentration was obtained, and the output characteristic of color sensor compound detection was obtained by the composite detection algorithm. The results show that the color sensor can be used to detect trace RBC in dialysate and has high sensitivity to small changes in concentration, while eliminating the influence of bubble and wall particle deposition on detection, suitable for micro-arc in RBC. The amount of leakage is monitored in real time to avoid the risk of blood leakage during dialysis.
