摘要:
脊髓损伤是导致瘫痪的主要原因之一,患者常伴有下肢运动功能障碍,给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。重建步行能力是帮助脊髓损伤患者重返社会的有效措施。我们总结了目前步态康复训练设备和辅助行走设备在帮助脊髓损伤患者重建步行能力中的应用情况,并对今后的发展作出展望与分析。
Abstract:
Spinal cord injury is one of the main causes of paralysis. Patients are often accompanied by lower limb motor dysfunction, which often imposes a heavy burden on patients, families and society.Rebuilding walking ability is an effective measure to help patients with spinal cord injury reintegrate into society.We summarize the current application of gait rehabilitation training equipment and assisted walking equipment in helping patients with spinal cord injury to reconstruct walking ability, and make a prospect and analysis for the subsequent development.
