本研究基于Docker Swarm集群开发了一种药物基因组解读及用药指导软件,实现了药物基因位点的高效解读及辅助指导临床安全用药。针对甲氨蝶呤药物,经过本软件药物基因解读及指导用药后,患者均未发生骨髓抑制和白细胞减少的不良反应,与已报道的未经用药指导而直接用药的结果进行比较,骨髓抑制和白细胞减少两种不良反应差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,Swarm集群架构采用了基于IPVS的动态负载均衡算法,有效缓解了软件高并发压力,响应时间较单主机架构的软件缩短了约一半,且极大提高了吞吐量。
Abstract:
We developed a drug genome interpretation and medication guidance software based on Docker Swarm, which realized the efficient interpretation of drug gene locus and assisted in guiding clinical safe medication. For drug methotrexate, through the software interpretation and the instruction, there were no adverse reaction in patients with myelosuppression and leukopenia.Compared with the reported results of directly medicate without guidance,the differences of the two adverse realtions of myelosuppression and leukopenia were statistically significant(P < 0.05); In addition, the Swarm cluster architecture adopted the dynamic load balancing algorithm based on IPVS, which effectively alleviates the high concurrent pressure of software, shortens the response time to half of the software with single host architecture, and greatly improves the throughput.
