摘要:
低能量光疗是一种新型治疗手段,但对光疗的评估还在完善中。我们提出基于不同频率的低能量近红外LED光疗评估研究,进行不同频率光疗实验(0、5、10和20 Hz),分析实验前后的脑电(electroencephalogram,EEG)信号差异和过程中的信号变化。对照组与实验组的脑电信号具有显著性差异,不同频率光疗后的EEG信号复杂度与频率具有相关性,基于同一实验频率、不同通道脑电信号的复杂度差异显著。实验证实了低能量近红外LED光疗的有效性,可为进一步研究光疗机制提供支撑。
Abstract:
Low energy phototherapy is a new treatment, but the evaluation of phototherapy still need improvement. We carried out four different frequency phototherapy experiments (0, 5, 10 and 20 Hz) , analyzed the differences of electroencephalogram(EEG) signals before and after the experiment and the change of EEG signals in the whole phototherapy process. The results showed that there were significant differences in EEG between the control group and the experimental group. The complexity of EEG signals after phototherapy with different frequencies were correlated with the frequency. The complexity of EEG signals based on different channels and same frequency were significantly different. The experimental results show that the lowenergy nearinfrared LED phototherapy is effective. It can provide support for the further study of lowenergy phototherapy mechanism.
