骨组织工程多孔支架作为骨缺损修复的关键因素,对移植手术的效果发挥至关重要的作用。因此,支架的材料结构、性能及功能方面的改性一直是骨修复研究的热点。聚乳酸作为支架材料的应用正逐步成熟。为此,我们综述了骨支架材料的类型以及聚乳酸复合支架材料的最新研究进展,并对未来发展方向提出展望。

Bone tissue engineering porous scaffold is one of the key factors for bone defect repair, and it has very important effect to transplantation surgery. Therefore, the modification of scaffold material structure, performance and function occupies a large proportion in the current research of bone repair. The application of polylactic acid (PLA) as scaffold materials is gradually mature. We review the types of bone scaffolds and the latest research progress of PLA composite scaffolds and prospectthe future development direction.
