摘要:
矫形鞋垫可以通过改变足底压力分布来矫正患者足部形状。相比于国外完整的工程体系,我国的矫形鞋垫近年来虽取得了快速发展,但鉴于引入时间不长,在发展过程中,仍无法短时间内为用户提供定制的矫形鞋垫,无法满足适配运动状态下足底压力的变化等诸多问题。我们就矫形鞋垫的发展现状、生物力学特性及其康复功能作一综述,提出了将矫形鞋垫数字化,通过大数据技术为各类人群提供定制矫形鞋垫的发展趋势。
Abstract:
Orthopedic insoles can correct the shape of the patient′s foot by changing the distribution of plantar pressure. Comparing with the complete engineering system abroad, orthopedic insoles have achieved rapid development in recent years in our country, but in view of the short introduction time, it still exists many problems like cannot provide users with customized orthopedic insoles in a short time, and inability to dynamically adapt to changes in plantar pressure under sports conditions. We summarize the development status of orthopedic insoles, biomechanical properties and their rehabilitation functions, and propose the development direction of digitizing orthopedic insoles and provide customized orthopedic insoles for all kinds of people through big data technology.
