摘要:
为了探究心率变异性(heart rate variability, HRV)与疲劳状态之间的相关性,探讨心率变异性特征在疲劳监测中的应用价值,并为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)医护人员等高强度作业人员提供有效疲劳预警,本研究对COVID-19疫情中一线医护人员工作时随着疲劳度的增加,HRV的相应变化进行分析。共采集了78例医护人员工作时的心电数据,及其填写的疲劳度问卷量表,提取了不同疲劳状态下的心率变异性特征指标,并利用统计学方法对其进行差异性分析。结果表明,HR与LFn/HFn两项指标在体力疲劳、脑力疲劳、以及体力+脑力综合疲劳的不同疲劳度之间存在显著性差异 (P<0.05)。在所研究的HRV参数中,随着疲劳度的增加,部分心率变异性时域和频域参数数值呈现明显的单调递增或递减趋势。疲劳度在医护人员的性别、年龄、工作环境的不同因素中也存在差异。心率变异性与疲劳状态之间存在较强的相关性,动态心率监测能够为疲劳评估提供依据,在疲劳风险预警中发挥重要价值。
Abstract:
In order to explore the correlation between heart rate variability(HRV), fatigue status, and the application value of HRV characteristic in fatigue monitoring to provide effective fatigue warning for high-intensity workers such as COVID-19 medical staff, we analyzed the corresponding changes in HRV with the increase of fatigue during the work of the frontline medical staff in the COVID-19 epidemic. A total of 78 medical staff’s ECG data during work and their fatigue questionnaire were collected, The HRV under different fatigue states were extracted, and the difference analysis was performed by statistical methods.There were significant differences in HR and LFn/HFn between physical fatigue, mental fatigue, and physical&mental comprehensive fatigue(P <0.05). In the HRV parameters studied, some of the time domain and frequency domain parameters of HRV showed an obvious monotonous increase or decrease with the increase of fatigue. Fatigue also varied among different factors such as the gender, age, and working environment of medical staff. There is a strong correlation between HRV and fatigue status. Dynamic heart rate monitoring can provide a basis for fatigue assessment and play important value in early fatigue risk warning.
