为验证低功率等离子装置的电离功能,为后续的研发提供思路和指导。本研究基于自制的便携式低功率电离装置和距离控制实验平台模拟皮肤治疗对马铃薯组织进行电离,采用色彩范围分析的方法来研究电离对组织的氧化变黑情况,通过改变间距和电压来改变场强,探究不同场强对组织的效果。本研究设计高压输出为900、1 200和1 500 V,在0.1、0.15、0.2和0.3 mm间距处形成12个实验组,对经过电离的马铃薯块的氧化面积、深度和颜色进行分析。结果显示,0.1 mm间距是三种电压都能电离的间距;1 500 V在0.3、0.2和0.15 mm的作用宽度和深度略大于1 200 V和900 V,在0.1 mm的作用宽度远大于1 200 V和900 V。结果显示,正面氧化面积、剖面氧化深度和氧化变黑程度随着场强的升高而增大。
Abstract:
To verify the ionization function of low-power plasma device,provide ideas and guidance for subsequent research and development.We simulated the ionization of potato tissue in skin treatment based on the self-made portable low-power ionization device and distance control experimental platform. The method of color range analysis was used to study the oxidation and blackening of ionization on tissue. The effect of different field strength on tissue was explored by changing the distance and voltage, to verify the ionization function of low-power plasma device. 12 experimental groups were formed at 0.1, 0.15, 0.2 and 0.3 mm intervals by controlling high voltage output of 900, 1 200 and 1 500 V. The oxidation area, depth and color of ionized potato blocks were analyzed. The results showed that the distance of 0.1 mm was the basic ionization distance of three kinds of voltage; the ionization width and depth of 1 500 V at 0.3, 0.2 and 0.15 mm were slightly greater than that of 1 200 V and 900 V, and the action width at 0.1 mm was much greater than that of 1 200 V and 900 V.The positive oxidation area, profile oxidation depth and oxidation blackening degree increase with the increase of field strength.
