本研究利用多导睡眠仪采集呼吸暂停、快速呼吸、慢速呼吸和平静呼吸四种状态下的心电、脉搏信号,来进行极短时15 s的心率变异性与脉率变异性六个指标计算。通过Bland-Altman一致性分析图与散点图、单样本K-S检验、Mann-Whitney U检验 、Pearson相关性系数来比较心率与脉率的一致性程度,结果显示,MEAN,Lomb-nLF, Lomb-nHF, Lomb-nLF/nHF,DFA1五个指标在四个状态下具有较好的一致性。因此,可以用极短时内的脉率变异性来替代心率变异性,以反映自主神经功能变化。

We used the polysomnography to collect the electrocardiogram and Oxygen saturation of four breathing states (apnea, fast breathing, slow breathing, calm breathing) to perform heart rate variability and pulse rate variability for a very short 15 s index calculation.Through the Bland-Altman consistency analysis chart and scatter plot, one-sample K-S test, Mann-Whitney U test, Pearson correlation coefficient, the consistency of heart rate and pulse rate was compared. The results showed that the five indicators of MEAN, Lomb-nLF, Lomb-nHF, Lomb-nLF/nHF, and DFA1 had good consistency in the four states. The extremely short-term pulse rate variability can to replace heart rate variability to reflect the changes of autonomic nerve function.
