摘要:
汗液中包含有大量人体电解质、代谢物、营养物、蛋白质分子等重要生命物质,这些物质含量的变化能够精准反映人体健康及相关疾病状况。目前的可穿戴传感技术仅能监测人体物理及运动信息,柔性医疗传感芯片技术的出现,使得基于汗液的健康监测技术得到了革命性的发展,实现了从分子层面实时、连续、无创地监测人体理化指标,初步展现了在医疗健康领域颠覆性的应用价值。本文介绍了柔性汗液传感芯片技术原理与前沿研究进展,阐述了汗液传感器件的设计原理,探讨了汗液监测传感技术与关系到人体健康指标监测结合的应用,最后,总结和展望了柔性汗液传感芯片技术对健康监测未来的发展趋势、机遇与挑战。
Abstract:
Human sweat contains lots of important life substances such as electrolytes, metabolites, nutrients, protein molecules, etc. The changes in the content of these substances can accurately reflect human health and related diseases. The current wearable sensing technology can only monitor human physical and motion information. The flexible medical sensor chip technology has made the sweat-based health monitoring technology revolutionized and realized real-time, continuous and non-invasive monitoring from the molecular level. The physical and chemical monitoring indicators of human body, initially show the subversive application value in the field of medical health. We introduce the technical principle and frontier research progress of flexible sweat sensor chip, describe the design principle of sweat sensing device, and discuss the application fields of sweat monitoring sensor technology. Finally, the trends, opportunities and challenges of flexible sweat sensor chip technology are summarized and forecasted.
