摘要:
细胞力学是生物力学领域的重要组成部分,细胞力学在骨科中的应用十分广泛。骨科的细胞力学是细胞在力学载荷作用下,通过测量骨细胞膜和细胞骨架的形变、弹性常数、粘弹性、粘附力等力学参数,进而研究力学因素对细胞生长、发育、成熟、增殖、衰老和死亡等过程的影响。我们通过系统阐述现阶段细胞力学对骨组织细胞的研究现状,为今后相关领域的科研提供思路。
Abstract:
Cell mechanics is an important part in the field of biomechanics and has been widely used in orthopedics.Orthopaedics cell mechanics is the cells under the mechanical load to study the effects of mechanical factors on cell growth, development, maturation, proliferation, senescence and death by measuringthe mechanical parameters of bone cell membrane and cytoskeleton, such as deformation, elastic constant, viscoelasticity, adhesion and so on.We systematically expound the research status of bone tissue cells by cell mechanics at the present stage, in order to provide ideas for scientific research in related fields in the future.
