摘要:
为便于实现腹腔镜下第一肝门血流阻断,本研究设计了Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带,并对其性能进行了测试。根据磁压榨技术原理,该阻断带由头端母磁体和体段数个球形子磁体单元按相同的N、S极方向依次间断排列,并嵌入且固定于12Fr的T型医用橡胶管内。通过体外实验对其力学性能和阻断效果进行了测试和模拟。磁力学测试结果显示,头端母磁体与体段的子磁体间最大吸力为8.69 N;腹腔镜模拟训练器下操作显示,利用磁力吸引的方式可使肝门操作更加便捷。基于磁压榨技术的腹腔镜下Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带设计巧妙、制作简单、使用方便、性能可靠,可在临床上进行试用推广。
Abstract:
In order to facilitate the first hepatic portal blood flow occlusion under laparoscope, a Y-Z magnetic porta hepatis occlusion tape was designed,and its performance was tested. According to the principle of magnetic compression technique, the blocking band consisted of the head-end parent magnet and several spherical daughter magnet units in the body section,which were arranged sequentially in the same N and S pole directions, and were embedded and fixed in a 12Fr T medical rubber tube. The mechanical properties and blocking effect were tested and simulated in vitro. The magnetic test results showed that the maximum suction between the head-end parent magnet and the daughter magnets at body segment was 8.69 N. The operation under the laparoscopic simulator showed that the magnetic attraction method could make the operation of the hepatic portal more convenient. The laparoscopic Y-Z magnetic hepatic portal blocking band based on magnetic compression technique is ingenious in design, simple in manufacture, convenient in use and reliable in performance. It can be tried and promoted clinically.
