本研究设计了一款智能温控的无创双极射频溶脂设备,通过探究合适的控制温度,以实现溶脂需求的同时避免皮肤层产生热损伤。选取45℃、50℃以及55℃作为实验参数,进行离体猪肉实验,治疗15 min。实验过程中利用红外热成像仪、相机以及热电偶探针采集实验数据,根据实验结果评估合适的治疗温度。结果显示,在不同控制温度下均可实现有效溶脂,且温度可控。针对不同实验参数,脂肪细胞达到凋亡阈值温度的时间以及作用深度有所差异,θ=45℃时,脂肪细胞达到凋亡阈值温度的时间为(13.67±2.42)min、作用深度为(5.3±0.29)mm;θ= 50℃时,时间为(6.5±3.45)min、作用深度(6.4±0.25)mm;θ=55℃时,时间为(2.7±0.63)min、作用深度(8.2±0.22)mm。根据配对t检验分析实验结果,不同实验参数在射频作用过程中,脂肪细胞升温时间以及作用深度具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。根据实验结果,本研究的双极射频设备可以达到溶脂的需求,实现皮肤低热损伤, 经验证,50℃是实现溶脂需求最佳的控制温度。
Abstract:
We proposed a noninvasive bipolar radio frequency(RF)fat dissolving equipment with intelligent temperature control, explored the appropriate control temperature, and avoided thermal damage to the skin layer on the premise of realizing the demand of fat dissolving. 45 ℃, 50 ℃ and 55 ℃ were selected as experimental parameters for in vitro pork experiment. The treatment time was 15 min. During the experiment, the experimental data were collected by infrared thermal imager, camera and thermocouple probe, and the appropriate treatment temperature was evaluated according to the experimental results. The results showed that effective fat dissolution could be realized at different control temperatures, and the temperature could be controlled. According to different experimental parameters, the time for adipocytes to reach the apoptosis threshold temperature and the action depth were different. When θ=45 ℃, the time for adipocytes to reach the apoptosis threshold temperature was (13.67±2.42)min,the action depth was(5.3+0.29)mm; when θ=50 ℃, the time was (6.5±3.45)min,the action depth was(6.4+0.25)mm; when θ=55 ℃, the time was (2.7±0.63)min,the action depth was (8.2+0.22)mm. According to the analysis results of paired t test, there were significant differences in the heating time and adipocytes depth under different experimental parameters and RF (P<0.05). The experimental results show that this bipolar RF equipment can meet the demand of fat dissolving and realize low heat damage of skin,and 50 ℃ is the best control temperature to realize the demand of fat dissolving.
