本研究设计了一种用于新冠肺炎的智能肺泡灌洗系统,利用智能控制装置配合支气管镜模拟肺泡灌洗操作,可简化肺泡灌洗的复杂性,提高灌洗操作的自动化,实现肺泡灌洗操作的可控性,同时也为将来进一步开展相关实验研究提供参考。结合临床上纤维支气管镜,以STM32芯片为核心,通过控制蠕动泵和压力变送器精准控制支气管镜肺泡灌洗操作的启动、停止、灌洗时间、灌洗所需液体容量,以及监测灌洗时的压力等参数。在进行肺泡灌洗模拟实验中,对智能控制装置进行精度测试,其流量精度达94.40%;验证了灌洗速度与流量间是高度线性相关。智能肺泡灌洗系统操作简单,可以达到临床上支气管镜肺泡灌洗操作中产生的各类参数,解决了传统支气管镜肺泡灌洗操作中需要精确控制的问题,提高了灌洗操作的智能化以及规范性。
Abstract:
We designed an intelligent bronchoalveolar lavage system for COVID-19, Intelligent control device combined with bronchoscope was used to simulate bronchoalveolar lavage operation, which could simplify the complexity of bronchoalveolar lavage, improved the automation of the operation, realized the controllability of bronchoalveolar lavage operation. At the same time, it also provided a reference for further experimental research in the future. Combined with clinical fiberoptic bronchoscopy, STM32 chip was used as the core to accurately control the start and stop of bronchoscopy alveolar lavage operation, the lavage time, liquid volume required for lavage, and the pressure during lavage monitoring by controlling peristaltic pump and pressure transmitter. In the bronchoalveolar lavage simulation experiment, the accuracy of peristaltic pump control device was tested, and the flow accuracy was 94.40%. It was verified that there was a high linear correlation between lavage speed and flow rate. 〖JP3〗The intelligent alveolar lavage system is simple to operate and can achieve all kinds of parameters generated in clinical bronchoscopic alveolar lavage operation, which solves the problem of accurate control in traditional bronchoscopic alveolar lavage operation and improves the intelligence and standardization of the operation.
