本研究设计了一款基于能量控制的便携式等离子设备用于疤痕治疗。为验证该装置基于能量控制的电离效果,以马铃薯为实验材料,设置0.005、0.03、0.1 J的电离实验,观察电离后马铃薯块,分析等离子能量的作用效果。结果显示,0.005 J的电离率为90%;0.03、0.1 J的电离率为100%。随着能量增加,正面和剖面的氧化面积持续增大,配对样本t检验结果显示,0.005、0.03、0.1 J的氧化面积两两之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);剖面氧化深度和宽度增大,但氧化宽度随能量增大到0.03 J,逐渐趋于稳定;氧化深度和宽度的比值随能量上升而增大。说明等离子能量的作用深度随能量增加持续变深。

We designed a portable plasma device based on energy control for scar treatment. In order to verify the ionization effect of the device based on energy control, potato was used as the experimental material, and ionization experiments of 0.005,0.03 and 0.1 J were set up to observe the potato pieces after ionization and analyze the effect of plasma energy.The results showed that the ionization rate of 0.005 J was 90%, and the ionization rate of 0.03 and 0.1 J was 100%. The oxidation area of the front and cross section continued to increase with the increase of energy.The paired sample t test results showed that there was a significant difference between the oxidation area of 0.005, 0.03 and 0.1 J (P<0.05); the oxidation depth and width of the profile increased,but the oxidation width was gradually stable as the energy increased to 0.03 J; The ratio of oxidation depth to width increased with the increase of energy. It indicates that the depth of action of plasma energy continues to deepen as the energy increases.
