摘要:
弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)是一项在生物体内显示大脑白质变化的新兴脑影像技术。因其无创、高效,在大脑白质类疾病辅助诊断方面得到了广泛应用。本文主要介绍了DTI技术的成像原理与分析方法,简要总结与分析了DTI技术在大脑白质类疾病辅助诊断中的研究进展与临床应用,并针对目前DTI技术在大脑白质类疾病研究中存在的挑战提出了新的研究思路及方向,对大脑白质类疾病的深入研究具有一定的参考意义。
Abstract:
Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) is an emerging brain imaging technology that can show the changes of brain fiber tracts in the focal areas of cerebral white matter diseases in vivo.It has been widely used in the auxiliary diagnosis of cerebral white matter diseases due to its non-invasive and efficient characteristics. We mainly introduce the imaging principle and data processing method of DTI technology. The research progress and clinical application of DTI technique in the auxiliary diagnosis of cerebral white matter diseases are systematically summarized and analyzed. Finally, new research ideas and directions are proposed in view of the current challenges of DTI technology in brain white matter diseases, which has certain reference significance for the in-depth study of brain white matter diseases.
