壳聚糖是一种来自海洋天然生物的聚合物,因其独特的物理化学特性及良好的生物相容性、可降解性、抗菌、止血和调控细胞功能等特性,使其在生物医学和临床实践方面有着广泛应用。随着生物医用材料制备技术的快速发展,具有特殊结构(如:微纳米粒子、微纳米纤维、水凝胶、海绵等)的壳聚糖在生物医学领域得到了进一步应用。本文综述了壳聚糖及其衍生物在伤口敷料和手术可吸收性缝合线、烧伤治疗/人工植皮、组织工程、给药、眼科和口腔医学方面的最新应用,并提出了该类材料未来发展前景与高值化发展方向。

Chitosanis natural biopolymers of marine origin.Owing to their unique physicochemical properties and good biocompatibility, degradability, antibacteria, hemostasis,aswell as regulation of cell functions,it has widely application in biomedical research and clinical practice. With the rapid development of preparation technologies for biomedical materials, chitosan with special structures have been further applied in the field of biomedicine, such as micro-nano particles, micro-nano fibers, hydrogels, sponges, etc. This paper reviews the recent applications of chitosan and its derivatives in wound dressings and absorbable surgical sutures, burn treatment/artificial skin grafting, tissue engineering, drug delivery, ophthalmology,andstomatology,and propose the prospects of such materials and their high-value development direction.
