摘要:
可穿戴设备因其便携、灵活、智能化在人体生命体征监测及康复治疗等领域得到了广泛应用。随着可穿戴设备的不断改进,逐渐成为肺康复监测的可靠工具,然而可穿戴设备在肺康复领域研究较浅,还需进一步深入研究。本文分析并总结了可穿戴设备在生物电信号和生理参数中的技术应用及研究进展。针对肺癌患者肺康复过程,重点介绍了基于可穿戴设备,利用超声成像实现对患者膈肌功能的监测研究,并对其进行了展望,以期为可穿戴设备在肺康复领域的研究提供参考,从而高效、准确地实现对肺癌患者肺康复效果的评定与治疗。
Abstract:
Wearable devices have been widely used in the field of human vital signs monitoring and rehabilitation due to their advantages of portability, flexibility and intelligence. With the continuous improvement of wearable devices, they have gradually become a reliable tool for lung rehabilitation monitoring. However, the research of wearable devices in the field of pulmonary rehabilitation is relatively shallow and further research is needed. We analyze and summarize the technological application and research progress of wearable devices in bioelectrical signals and physiological parameters. In view of the process of lung rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer, we focus on the monitoring and research of patients′ diaphragm function by means of ultrasonic imaging based on wearable devices, to provide a reference for the research of wearable devices in the field of lung rehabilitation. Thus, the evaluation and treatment of lung rehabilitation effects of lung cancer patients can be realized efficiently and accurately.
