本研究在磁控溅射镀膜气氛中添加乙炔,制备了含银的氢化类金刚石碳(DLC-Ag)薄膜,以抑制薄膜表面银析出。通过扫描电镜、电子能谱、色差和显微硬度测量、琼脂平板计数抗菌实验,考察其对膜层抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,乙炔流量升高时,薄膜表面的银析出减少,黑度增加,硬度降低;银含量最低的试样(0.8 at%)也对大肠杆菌表现出良好的抗菌性能。

In this study,the hydrogenated Ag-containing diamond-like carbon (DLC-Ag) films were prepared by adding acetylene to the coating atmosphere of magnetron sputtering to inhibit silver precipitation at film surface. The addition effects on the antibacterial properties of the films were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM), EDX, colorimetry and microhardness measurement, and agar plate counting antibacterial test. The results showed that when acetylene flow rate was increased, silver precipitation at film surface decreased, blackness increased, and hardness decreased. Even the sample with the lowest silver content (0.8 at%) showed good antibacterial activity against E. coli.
