传统抗菌剂(包括金属离子,有机分子)具有一定的细胞毒性或耐药性,并且对慢性伤口愈合的抗菌感染效果不佳。而咪唑盐类聚离子液体作为新型的聚合物抗菌剂,其特殊的咪唑盐官能团和疏水聚合物链段结构能有效杀灭细菌,并且在短期内具有较低的细胞毒性。目前,大多数咪唑盐类聚离子液体仍然含有有害的卤素或重金属等络合离子,不利于长期使用在抗菌辅料中。因此,本研究采用毒性较低的炔基作为阴离子络合物,通过缩聚反应制备不同主链结构含炔基官能团的咪唑盐类聚离子液体,并对其进行结构、物理性能、抗菌性能和生物毒性的表征。实验结果表明,含炔基咪唑盐类聚离子液体能有效杀死细菌,具有较低的细胞毒性,显示该咪唑盐类聚离子液体在敷料抗菌剂中的应用价值。

Traditional antibacterial agents (include of metal ions, organic molecules) have certain cytotoxicity or drug resistance,which make them ineffective in treatment of chronic wound healing. As a new type of polymer antibacterial agent, imidazole salt-based poly(ionic liquids) have special imidazole salt functional groups and hydrophobic polymer segment structures that can effectively kill bacteria and have low biological toxicity. However, most imidazole salt-based poly(ionic liquids) still contain harmful halogen or heavy metal complex ions, make them unsuitable for long-term use in wound dresssingin current.To overcome these problem,we therefore used less toxic alkynyl group as anonic complex agent. Then, we used polycondensation reactions to prepare imidazole salt poly(ionic liquids) with different main chain structures containing alkynyl functional groups, and subsequently characterized their structure, physical properties, antibacterial properties and biological toxicity. The experimental results showed that the poly(ionic liquids) containing alkynyl imidazole salt could effectively kill bacteria and had low cytotoxicity. Thus, this imidazole salt poly(ionic liquids) have potential application value in the field of wound dressing antibacterial materials.
