摘要:
重大灾害事故瞬间将产生批量危重症伤员,开展损伤控制手术是灾害事故现场有效降低伤员死亡率和致残率的关键。便携式麻醉机是灾害事故现场实施损伤控制手术的重要医疗装备。本文回顾了国内外麻醉机的研究现状,结合灾害救援特点,重点分析了便携式麻醉机的性能特点和关键技术,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。
Abstract:
Major disasters cause a large number of critically ill casualties in a moment. Injury control surgery is the key to effectively reduce the mortality and disability rate of the wounded at the scene of disasters. The portable anesthesia machine is an important medical equipment for ensuring damage control operation at the site of disaster accident. This paper reviews the current status of anaesthesia machine research at home and abroad, analyzes the performance characteristics and key technologies of portable anaesthesia machine in combination with the characteristics of disaster rescue,and prospects the future development direction.
