摘要:
近年来,基于能量的肿瘤温和热疗技术在临床应用中愈发广泛。温和热疗是一种利用热介质将治疗区域温度控制在40~45 ℃,从而杀死肿瘤细胞的热疗技术。其治疗范围更广且不会灼伤周围正常组织。本文阐述了肿瘤温和热疗技术原理及设备的发展现状,介绍了耦合纳米粒子的温和热疗新技术,分析了热疗系统、肿瘤环境、纳米材料等因素对温和热疗效果的影响,阐释了其他疗法辅助温和热疗的增敏增效作用,并对温和热疗需要改进的关键技术进行了展望。
Abstract:
In recent years, the energy based on mild hyperthermia technology of tumor has been widely used in clinical applications. Mild hyperthermia treatment is a thermal therapy technique of using thermal medium to control the temperature of the treated area at 40~45 ℃, thereby killing tumor cells. It has a wider therapeutic range and does not burn surrounding normal tissue. We describe the principle of mild hyperthermia technology and the development status of the equipment, introduce the new technology of mild hyperthermia coupled with nanoparticles, analyze the influence of hyperthermia system, tumor environment, nanomaterials and other factors on the effect of mild hyperthermia, explain the sensitization and efficiency of other therapies assisted mild hyperthermia, and finally forecast the key technologies to be improved in mild hyperthermia.
