我们用水溶性的碳化二亚胺(EDC)作为交联剂对透明质酸(HA)进行轻度交联,得到溶
于水的产物。通过控制交联剂的使用量和反应时间,不同分子量的HA,其轻度交联的条件也不一样。对HA和碳化二亚胺的轻度交联作了初
步的研究。

Hyaluronic acid(HA) was little cross-linked with water-soluble Carbodiimides,got soluble product which was
maked by regulate the usage amount of cross-linking agent and response time,the molecular weight of HA was different,the
cross-linking condition was different.
