合成了一种新的原位凝胶化的温度敏感型聚合物聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-甲基丙烯酸丁酯)(聚(NIP-co-BMA)),通过改变两种单体的投料比,得到一系列具有不同相变温度的可原位凝胶化的聚合物。用FTIR和1H-NMR对单体及共聚物的结构进行了表征;研究了NIP的合成及其提纯的影响因素;讨论了聚合条件对聚合物的特性粘数和分子量及相转变温度LCST和相变时间的影响;研究了外加盐浓度对聚合物的相变温度的影响,结果发现,随着NaCl溶液浓度的提高,聚合物的相变温度逐渐降低。利用聚合物的温度响应性,应用微导管介入技术,控制聚合物溶液在肿瘤部位沉淀,堵塞血管,切断肿瘤细胞的营养供应而枯死,达到栓塞治疗动脉瘤的目的。
Abstract:
Thermosensitive copolymers poly(NIP-co-BMA) of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIP) with Butyl Methacrylate (BMA) in situ gelation were synthesized by free radical copolymerization. FTIR results confirmed the structure of the monomer NIP and copolymer poly(NIP-co-BMA). The intrinsic viscosity and the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of copolymer was investigated. The results indicated that the LCST was decreased with the higher concentration of BMA. The phase transition of the copolymers solution occurred at body temperature and the copolymers changed the soft solids. The copolymers has a promise application in medical liquid embolic materials for arterial aneurysm.
