摘要:
我们自主开发的24 h动态血压监测(ABPM)全自动智能化诊断软件,能自动完成ABPM的诊断报告的书写,将全天的数据经过计算、分析,生成直观的文字报告,并在厂家软件的基础上,增加了如动态动脉硬化指数、对称性动态动脉硬化指数、动态脉压、动态脉压指数等比较重要的指标。ABPM全自动智能诊断系统的应用,节省了大量的人力、物力,既保证了报告的准确性,也大大缩短了患者等候报告的时间,体现了智能化程序在医疗工作中的重要性。
Abstract:
We developped the full automatic intelligent diagnosis system of 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM).It could finish the repor writing of ABPM automaticaslly.The function of ambulatory arterial stiffness index, symmetric ambulatory arterial stiffness index,dynamic pulse oressure index were increased base on the manufacturers′ software.The application of the full automatic intelligent diagnosis system of 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring can save a lot of manpower.
