摘要:
针对大鼠气道平滑肌细胞激光扫描共聚焦显微图像,从细胞切面角度提出一种细胞内部微丝纤维形态与分布特征的定量分析方法。利用形态学与阈值分割法对细胞中微丝纤维主干进行提取,并对提取后的微丝纤维进行了数量、长度、宽度等形态特征计算,同时利用灰度共生矩阵分析微丝的分布特征。实验结果表明,所给出的定量特征提取方法能够表达大鼠气道平滑肌细胞切面内微丝纤维的几何特征和分布状态。并通过模拟微丝纤维变化,发现能量、熵能够较好地描述微丝的响应情况。
Abstract:
Based on laser scanning confocal microscopy imaging of airway smooth muscle cells, we presented a new method to quantify and analyze the shape, orientation and their distributions of the intracellular microfilaments from the view of the cell sections. The main structure of the microfilaments were extracted by morphology and threshold segmentation method, and then quantitatively analyzed by shape and orientation distribution features including number, length, width, and analyzed texture features with gray level co-occurrence matrix. The results show that the method with quantitative feature extraction can express the shape and distribution of microfilaments in rat airway smooth muscle cells. Through simulated changes of actin filaments, the parameters as energy, entropy can well describe the response of filaments.
