摘要:
研究基于三波长的血氧饱和度计算算法。以自主研发的三波长(660 nm,805 nm,940 nm)肝储备功能检测仪为实验仪器,运用改进后的脉搏分光光度法原理,采取阈值法提取出脉搏波的交直流量,最后用不同的算法计算人体的血氧饱和度并作出比较。通过实验证明,使用拟合定标曲线得出的公式计算血氧饱和度,其结果好于使用理论推导出的公式计算出的结果。采取拟合定标曲线的方法取得了较好的效果,具有一定的临床实用性。
Abstract:
To study the calculation algorithm of oxygen saturation based on three wavelengths. The three-wavelength (660 nm, 805 nm, 940 nm) liver reserve function detector was used as the experimental instrument.The improved pulse spectrophotometry was used as a principle and the threshold method was used to extract the AC and DC of the pulse wave. In the experiment,the oxygen saturation of the human body with different algorithms was calculated by the instrurrent and the result was comparied. The result proved that the formula from calibration curve was more accurate than the formula derived from the theory. The method of fitting the calibration curve has achieved good results and clinical relevance。
