摘要:
确定有效改进认知抑制功能的运动负荷量域值,探讨等能耗量运动中运动强度对运动效果的影响作用。采用自身前后对照实验设计,以Stroop Color-Word Test反应时为认知抑制功能评价指标,以健康在校研究生(n=11)为实验对象,以功率自行车(MONARK 839E)为运动负荷工具,观察比较了不同能耗量(0~300 Kcal、级差为25 Kcal)的运动对认知抑制能力的即刻影响;在此基础上进一步探讨了运动能耗量为100 Kcal时不同运动强度(10~100 watt、级差10 watt)对认知抑制功能的影响作用。采用SPSS15.0统计软件对测量结果进行了重复测量的方差分析和LSD两两比较。75 Kcal能量消耗的运动后,即刻反应时较安静时(0 Kcal)呈现最大程度缩短(P<0.05)。100~275 Kcal能量消耗运动后,即刻的反应时与75 Kcal能量消耗运动后即刻反应时相同(P>0.05)。300 Kcal能量消耗运动后,即刻反应时有所增加,且与275 Kcal能量消耗运动后即刻相比显著延长(P<0.05)。能耗量均为100 Kcal时,受试者采用10~100 watt(级差为10 watt)任一强度运动后,即刻的反应时值之间均无显著性差异(P<0.05)。在以功率车为工具的运动中,以Stroop Color-Word Test反应时为认知抑制功能评价指标时,每次运动消耗能量75~275 Kcal为有效改善认知抑制功能的运动负荷域值。且在该运动方式中,运动能耗量相同的情况下,不同强度运动后的即刻效应是相似的。
Abstract:
To identify the optimal zone of exercise load for the effective bettering of cognitive inhibition, and to explore the impact of exercise intensity on exercise effect in sports of equal energy consumption.An experiment was conducted with a self controlled study before and after exercise; with Stroop Color- Word Test response time as the evaluation index for cognitive inhibition, with healthy university undergraduates as experimental subjects, and with ergometry cycle (MONARK 839E)as exercise load carrier. During the experiments, the immediate impact of exercises for different energy consumptions on cognitive inhibition was observed; On this basis, the impact on cognitive inhibition at different exercise intensities with an exercise energy consumption of 100 kcal was further studied. SPSS 15.0 statistical software was used to conduct a variance analysis of repeatedly measured results and a pair-wise comparison of LSD. The immediate response time after exercise of 75 Kcal energy consumption showed the biggest reduction than that when still; The immediate response time after exercise of 100~275 Kcal energy consumption was equal to that of 75 kcal energy consumption; The immediate response time of exercise of 300 Kcal has a significant increase than that of 275 Kcal; At the point of 100 Kcal energy consumption, the immediate response time of the subjects had no significant difference at any intensity between 10~100 watt. In all exercises with ergometry cycle as carrier, and with Stroop Color-Word Test response time as the evaluation index of cognitive inhibition, an exercise with energy consumption between 75 Kcal and 275 Kcal is the exercise optimal load zone to effectively improve cognitive inhibition.Within this excise pattern, when the energy consumption is equal, the immediate response time of different intensities remains equal.
