摘要:
本研究将维生素B2溶解于聚乙烯醇（PVA）的水溶液中，利用静电纺丝法制备了含有维生素B2的PVA口腔膜，并测定其理化性能及溶出度。结果表明，该PVA膜具有合适的力学强度，遇水浸泡3 h后的维生素B2含量累计释放度约为85.75%，可以作为贴膜来治疗口腔溃疡。
Abstract:
We dispersed vitamin B2 in the solution of PVA and prepared PVA oral membrane containing vitamin B2 by electrostatic spinning method.Its physical and chemical properties and the dissolution rate were determined.The results show that the PVA film has suitable mechanical strength.After soaking in water for 3 h, the release of vitamin B2 was about 85.75%. It can be used as a sticker to treat ulcer surface.
