摘要:
为评估仿生型复合补片植入后与组织的粘连程度,以仿生型复合补片为试验组,通过建立大鼠腹壁缺损模型,考察了补片与腹腔内组织器官的粘连情况和组织修复情况,并与传统聚丙烯网补片进行对比。植入4周的结果显示,试验组的粘连情况优良率显著高于对照组。病理组织学检查结果显示两组均有新生胶原和血管形成,但试验组修复效果优于对照组,说明仿生型复合补片在修复缺损腹壁的同时,具有较好的防粘连效果。
Abstract:
To evaluate the adhesion caused by the implantation of biomimetic composite patch,we used the biomimetic composite patch as the experimental group to investigate the adhesion which occurred between the patch and the abdominal tissues,and observed the repair effect of defect area by establishing the rat abdominal wall defect model, then compared results of the experimental group and the control group implanted traditional polypropylene mesh.After 4 weeks,the results showed that the excellent and good rate of adhesion in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.Histopathological examination suggested that thenew collagen and neovascularization were observed in two groups, but the effect of peritoneal repair in experimental group was better than that in control group.It showes that the biomimetic composite patch has excellent effect in anti-adhesion while repairing the defect of abdominal wall.
