摘要:
为了探究不同方法和参数控制下对消化道组织压榨效果的影响,本研究研制了压榨模式及参数可控、受压组织内部信息可检测的自动压榨与阻抗测量实验装置,并进行了实验系统研制及实验验证工作。系统分开关电源、主控、电机压榨、压力检测、阻抗检测以及人机交互6个模块设计。主控芯片接受用户发送的指令,控制电机实施压榨并记录数据。实验结果显示,系统测量相对误差率小于1%,压强测量最小分辨率为0.5 g,厚度测量精度为0.001 mm,阻抗检测可在0~100 kHz内任一频率点获取阻抗信息,反馈系统每20 μs更新一次,PID控制算法超调量和稳态误差小于5%且稳态时波动率小于1%。实验结果表明,该实验装置具有优良的性能,具备进行相关的消化道组织压榨实验的能力。
Abstract:
To study the bioimpedance of gastrointestinal tractt tissue under different methods of compression,we proposed an automatic pressing and impedance measurement experimental device with controllable pressing modes and parameters, and detectable internal information of the compressed tissue.The system included 6 moudles of switching power, main control, motor pressing, pressure detection, impedance detection and human computer interaction.The Mcu accepted the instruction sent by the user, controlled the motor to implement squeezing and recorded the data.The experimental results showed that the relative error rate of the measurement system was less than 1%, the minimum resolution of pressure measurement was 0.5 g, the thickness measurement accuracy was 0.001 mm, and the impedance detection could obtain impedance information at any frequency within 0~100 kHz.The feedback system was updated every 20 μs, PID control algorithm overshoot and steady state error was less than 5% and steady state fluctuation rate was less than 1%.The experimental results show that the system has excellent performance and the ability to conduct relevant digestive tract tissue crushing experiments.
