为了给中低功率的医用射频功率放大模块提供可调直流电压,本研究设计了一种新型、安全的可调开关电源,包括医用隔离开关电源模块和低压降压模块两部分。医用隔离开关电源模块采用商业化产品,负责将市电转化为48 V直流电压;低压降压模则基于ADI公司的LT8641进行开发,将48 V直流电压转换为0~45 V的可调直流电压;应用LTPowerCAD软件对低压降压模块进行稳定性设计,并用LTSpice仿真软件进行仿真验证,最后制作实物进行测试。经实物测试发现,电源可以安全稳定地输出0~45 V的可调电压,输出最大电流为3.5 A,最大功率90 W,上升时间最长65.1 ms,误差绝对值在6%以下。结果表明,新型可调开关电源可以实现稳定输出,且电源体积小,满足中低功率的医用射频设备的需求,验证了设计的可行性。
Abstract:
In order to provide adjustable DC voltage for low-medium-power medical radio frequency(RF) power amplifier modules, a new and safe adjustable switching power supply was designed and implemented,which included of medical isolation switching power supply module and low-voltage step-down module.The medical isolation switch power supply module adopted commercial products, which was responsible for converting the commercial power into 48 V DC voltage; the low-voltage step-down module was developed based on the LT8641 of Analog Devices, which converted the 48 V DC voltage into an adjustable DC voltage of 0~45 V.We used LTPowerCAD for stability design of the low-voltage step-down module, and used LTSpice simulation software for simulation verification, then made physical test.The physical test showed that the power supply could output an adjustable voltage of 0~45 V safely and steadily.The maximum output current was 3.5 A, the maximum power was 90 W, the rise time was up to 65.1 ms, and the absolute value of the error was less than 6%.The results show that the new adjustable switching power supply can achieve stable output, and the power supply has a small size, which meets the needs of low-medium-power medical radio frequency equipment, confirming the feasibility of the design.
