荧光技术的发展为人类的科学研究提供了重要的基础。荧光材料在环境检测与保护、分子识别与示踪、生物成像以及医学诊断等领域显示出重要的应用价值,因此受到广泛重视。具有聚集诱导发光效应(aggregation induced emission,AIE)的荧光探针具有毒性低、光稳定性好、生物相容性强等优点,并且能克服传统荧光物质的聚集荧光猝灭效应(aggregation-caused quenching,ACQ),是目前研究的热点。我们着眼于具有AIE效应的荧光探针在生物医学方面的应用,对其在离子探测、生物成像及临床治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述,并对其应用前景作了展望。

The development of fluorescent technique lays significant basis of scientific research. The fluorescent materials show vital application value in the fields of environmental monitoring and protection, molecular recognition and tracing, bioimaging and medical diagnosis, and receive extensive attention.The fluorescence probes with aggregation-induced emission(AIE) have low toxicity, excellent photostability and good biocompatibility. They can overcome the aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) phenomenon of traditional fluorescent substances, so the AIE materials are recearch hotspots at present. We focus on the application of fluorescent probes with AIE effect in biomedicine, review their research progress in ion detection, bioimaging and clinical treatment, and look forward to their application prospects.
