血流动力学模拟一般是采用计算流体动力学方法,对动脉血管进行数值模拟,获得血液和血管的力学信息。随着静脉疾病获得越来越多的关注,在静脉进行血流动力学计算就和动脉有较大的差异。我们分析了近10年在静脉进行血流动力学研究的文献,从动脉-静脉的形态学入手,分析动脉血流动力学常见的入口参数和计算设置,提出更适合静脉进行血流动力学模拟的计算方法。

Hemodynamic simulation usually uses computational fluid dynamics method to carry out numerical simulation of arterial vessels to obtain mechanical information of blood and blood vessels. With more and more attention being paid to venous diseases, hemodynamic calculation in vein is quite different from that in artery. We analyze the literatures on hemodynamics in venous hemodynamics in recent 10 years, and analyze the common inlet parameters and calculation settings of arterial hemodynamics from artery-venous morphology, to propose a more suitable calculation method for venous hemodynamics simulation.
